- Replaced fuel filler neck. Performed smoke test. verified no leaks.
2006 Ford Pickup
- Test drove and verified concern. Inspected right front axle shaft. Found play between outer C.V. joint and hub. Removed right axle, found 4X4 actuator ring broken off of piston allowing ring to move on splines causing noise while driving. Recommend replacing axle and actuator.

- Performed inspection. Found upper ball joints worn, and cracked exhaust manifold.
- Replaced right axle shaft, and broken 4×4 actuator. Replaced both upper ball joints. Test drove vehicle and verified noise is gone and vehicle operates as designed.

- Remove and replace automatic transmission filter and gasket. Added fresh transmission fluid. Inspect for leaks. Road test vehicle.

2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser
- Found D0882 , Verified firing from PCM to TIPM Found circuit T15 drawing 9.2 amps. causing PCM to shut down. Load tested circuit. circuit ok. Found excessive resistance on circuit T15 inside of TIPM . Recommend replacing TIPM
- Replace front brake pad linings and machine front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

- Replaced TIPM. Reprogrammed TIPM. Transferred PCM Secret key. Cleared DTC and verified proper operation. When test driving noticed Battery light illuminating. PCM previously replaced by owner, has been removed and replaced with replacement PCM . Customer stated condition was present with PCM but with replacement solved the battery light issue but transmission problem not fixed . Replaced PCM Back to original that customer provided. Battery light Illuminating.
